I highly recommend a recent series on BBC2 / Iplayer called Eva Longoria - Searching For Mexico.
The mixed race actress takes the viewer on a culinary tour of a different Mexican state each episode. Exploriing the foods and meals the locals really eat.
Over the 6 episodes there was just one section on how Tequila is made, and one mention of Tacos, in a town where they have Taco Tuesday. Apart from those items well known to us, there was no mention of Chilli con carne, enchiladas, fajitas or tortillas. It was all dishes that we never see in our Mexican restaurants.

Due to its astonishing content, the show has been cancelled and resurected twice. I beleive it is not live at present.

The channel shows Fear Factor continuously throughout broadcasting hours, without a break.

The gym/Spa I am a member of is offering members a body scan for 35.00, followed by advice on a fitness programme. (Open to all, but reduced for members). I am wondering if it is worth it. I use the pool regularly, but would appreciate advice about using the gym( I haven't had the courage to try it yet - I need to know how to stop the machines and get off!!!
Has anyone had experience of these body scans? (It measures bone density etc etc)
