Make sure when entering your PIN number you cover the key pad so no one can see what you are entering. If you feel someone is standing too close or is trying to engage with you cancel the transaction. If your card is swallowed by the ATM please stay with the machine and contact the bank immediatley, if possible, so your card can be stopped. Theives are using devices which hold your card once you have entered your PIN number. If they have managed to see your PIN number, once you have walked away they will retrieve your card and then draw money from your account. Please make friends, relatives and neighbours aware of this type of theft.
