Donald Trump has questioned the circumstances surrounding the tragic American Airlines plane crash last night.
At least 19 bodies have been recovered after a PSA Airlines jet, operating as American Airlines 5432, collided mid-air with a military helicopter at around 9.00pm local time.

US President Trump said he has been briefed on the 'terrible accident', and has thanked first responders for their 'incredible work.'
However, the 78-year-old believes it 'looks like it should have been prevented'.
"The airplane was on a perfect and routine line of approach to the airport," he wrote on his social media site Truth Social.
"It is a CLEAR NIGHT, the lights on the plane were blazing, why didn't the helicopter go up or down, or turn.
"Why didn't the control tower tell the helicopter what to do instead of asking if they saw the plane.
"This is a bad situation that looks like it should have been prevented. NOT GOOD!!!"
He added: "What a terrible night this has been. God bless you all!"
No mention of sympathy for the families involved. -

Care in the Community (Bluewater) (Edited)
In the photo shown is a ‘paid carer’ with two disabled ladies. One in a wheelchair. My husband and I could only assume as they were in a restaurant that another person may have been ordering food! But we watched for some time and all we saw were two people being ignored whilst the ‘carer’ sat engrossed in her phone! Not noticing anything going on around her. Including us watching and photographing her. The lady on the left was visibly shaking and looking around as if she wanted attention . Is this what is called CARE!
Unfortunately this was not the only similar case we saw today at Bluewater, in fact there seemed to be many , some wandering pushing wheelchairs, again always with a phone in hand and in one case a young lady with a protective helmet in a wheelchair crying loudly but being ignored by a blonde lady texting away happily but looking quite annoyed at her ‘cared for’ drawing attention from a few passers by.
Does no one check on these carers. Have they no training ? Can anyone get such a job?
It saddens me to see such abuse of the role they are being paid for.
I am sure some people will say I am being judgmental and do not know the full facts but having watched so much of it, just in one day. There was certainly enough evidence for myself and my husband to come to a sad conclusion 😢
Maybe there needs to be more inspectors -
