    Soft biscuits brightened up in the Air Fryer

    I had some dry Marie biscuits (no jam, cream or chocolate), which, although dated October 25, had gone a little soft.

    I spread some on the grid of my Air Fryer set the temperature at 180 and the time at 3 minutes then hit the on button.

    The result was as good as freshly cooked biscuits. Crispy, warm and tasty. I guess they can now be called trisquits (instead of "bi").
