The poll placed on SL Community is useless - a mere 20 members voting out of 71 total in the group.
Polls of this nature endeavoring to statistically assess the SL population can only be valid if the entire Forum is involved.
SL should have an Announcement channel which is automatically inserted into EVERY members account. This would bring any SL announcements immediately to the attention of each member. THEN any SL poll would be representative of the entire membership and would be a valid result.
Many other Forums do have such a channel for Forum announcements.
