    Phone to register your product/extend your guarantee

    Be aware that sometimes when you phone to register your product or extend your guarantee, at the other end will be Domestic and General not the manufacturer. They will point out the pitfalls of not taking out their extended cover, and how much you will have to pay if the engineer's visit finds it is your fault that it is not working.
