Corner plot
Does anyone know anything about the corner plot at Plough lane in front of Transformer House? I heard the heirs had willed it for public use and there was a covenant to that effect. Yet it has been fenced off and looks as though there is a development being planned.
The plot was a garden for public use we heard, yet it was kept padlocked and now has been appropriated for development. Anyone heard how this has happened?
