Hello, I'd like to try a slow cooker to see if it makes my life easier but don't want to buy a new one in case I don't get on with it and it just sits and collects dust. Is anyone passing on/selling one cheap?
Also any thoughts in general about if slow cookers are any good, would be appreciated. Thanks

I think there is a problem with our television aerial. Maybe a loose cable or something as the signal comes and goes. Who could I ask from the local area to come and have a look? Thanks

I found out about a local food deal card about a month ago and thought I'd share what I think here. It's called a SLICE card and you get discount in certain restaurants and eateries around Wandsworth. It's really great because at the same time it supports and raises money for local charities and causes. I've used it a couple of times and I find it does encourage me to eat locally, saves me a bit of cash and also makes me feel good for supporting great causes. Does anyone happen to know when the new leisure centre in morden is planned to open? I see they've started construction and want to join as a memeber. I don't see any point in joining morden park pools just to be transferred to the newer one soon. Or can anyone recommend another gym in the area that also has a swimming pool? Thanks, Jaymie x
