Hello. I'm Uncle Albert. I am Peter Andrew's parrot. I know what the law says, but I don't agree with it. All boat people are illegal immigrants and criminals, even though no one knows if they have a criminal record. As I have said before, they should be sunk while they are crossing the channel. I do not care that there may be women and children on board
