Who will now lead the Tory Party, and will it make any difference to remaining in the EU?
My personal view is if Johnson becomes PM enough sensible Tory MPs will support either a second referendum or failing that even vote against there own party in a no-confidence vote. IMO it is still all to play for, but as long as the lunatics are still running the asylum who really knows.
