Just over 2 hours long. I expected this film to be a bit like Casper or even Ghostbusters (the investigators guns were) but it was a total surprise and we loved it. As the youngest son befriends the ghost and the story gradually unfolds we were routing for ‘Ernest’ but is he what it appears?
A sad tale transpires and by the end surprisingly both my husband and I were reaching for the tissues. I can understand why this film , based on the book and directed by Michael Landon’s son Christopher, is no 1 in Netflix’s film this week.
It’s sweet, clever and touching and in places funny too
