Wandering around Sainsbury's yesterday...
... I came across some Himalayan Pink Salt crystals. As can be seen on the label, the product was formed over 250 milion years ago. It's just as well that it was dug out of the ground when it was as after all that time, it only has a 2 year best before date on it!
