Very upsetting…
To see the way a cat and a kitten are treated by the owner living outside N14 old police station. Offer of help for the kitties was far from welcome. Chloe the cat owner obvious substance user told me she was there by choice and enjoyed that lifestyle. She said her partner sits outside nearby shops and begs. One cat has a harness and lead and is usually tied to the railings. The kitten is on a lead either tied to the railings or in a carrier. Sadly yesterday i witnessed Chloe walking up Winchmore Hill road with the black and white cat on a lead in the pouring rain and the kitten in a carrier held at an angle. The cat on a lead did not want to walk and was being dragged along. So selfish to submit cats to such a lifestyle. Very upsetting. I am very sad and angry over this. Please report to rspca who so far have not done anything about it though visited and were told by Chloe she will be rehomed in two weeks. Yet she told me this is how she and partner want to live…
