Turkey: Fresh or frozen?
Christmas lunch duties this year has fallen to me. I'm going to stay traditional and cook a turkey. Just wondering if it makes much difference between a fresh and frozen one? Also any tips of where's best to buy locally. I will be scouring the internet for cooking tips but if want to throw some of those in for good measure i'll take them. ;)
