Towards a circular economy for electricals in London
I'd never even heard of the London Waste and Recycling Board, let alone known that they aim to make London into a circular economy for reusing, repairing and recycling electrical waste.
It's really encouraging that they've already had the Restart Project research how to achieve this: https://therestartproject.org/news/london-can-be-a-leader/
If London can achieve this, then other cities won't have to re-invent this particular wheel entirely for themselves.
