Recently, when asked why, within a thread, you had made a totally disparate comment to anything being discussed? You wrote: "Selsey That was a Personal response to Derek."
By making that statement, in one sentence containing eight words, you succeeded in stating two lies!
You see, a response to a message means the same as to reply to something. You cannot reply to a message unless it has been sent to you, and you couldnt even see it. So you didn't respond to my post, you commented on it. Secondly you couldn't have been sending your message to me as I have blocked you and you know full well I won't see it.
So there you have it, a super-trustworthy member of Scooploop who tries to justify things to himself by blatantly lying!
What you have done, however, is break your contract with Scooploop. Here is the wording in the contract (Ts &Cs) you signed up to when you joined Scooploop:
• You will not make multiple accounts to disrupt the platform.
It would be impossible for you to operate the way you do if you did not have multiple accounts. You disrupt the platform by not behaving responsibly and ignoring what you cannot see with your Login. That is both why and what Blocking is for.
Another breach of contract is where you have agreed that:
• You will not intimidate, harass, threaten, bully or otherwise attack another user.
This is part of your everyday operation. You constantly intimidate, attack, harass and bully those who cannot see what you are saying. This is pure cowardice on your part as you can patently see what the person you are attacking is saying, by using an alternative Login. Why do you not use that same Login to respond instead of hiding behind a blocked Login? Because you are an absolute bully and coward - that's correct isnt it?
As for legality, the law states that it is stalking and harassment when:
• writing or posting online about someone, if it's unwanted or the person doesn't know.
You are a fully signed up member to that breach - you are deliberately posting about someone when it is unwanted (they have blocked you), you are also deliberately posting when the person doesn't know (again, because they have blocked you).
Furthermore, you leave little avatars indicating that you consider the people who have blocked you to be clowns. Here's a little avatar for you 🔱⚓️. That's correct, it's a couple of anchors the first of which represents a not so silent W, however, togerher they describe you pretty succinctly.
I have never personalised any comment towards you, nor mentioned your name, however, every comment from you to me -and to others - is personalised!
