Royal Mail
I heard the bell ring at the front door, opened it to see a Royal Mail parcel van in the road and two employees sorting through the van, obviously looking for the parcel. Neither glanced my way. Waited at the porch door for a couple of minutes, then went inside, leaving the front door open. Looked out a few minutes later and the van had gone. Just switched on to see email saying Parcel delivered at 11.08 and left in safe place. Nothing anywhere that I could think of. Have been told twice on automated system that the parcel has been delivered, now waiting to speak to a person, current waiting time 30 minutes they say, so far on hold for past 20 minutes - am I annoyed, yes.
