Pilates Classes - Due to holiday time I have a few spaces left across my weekly classes - Some classes will suit beginners:
Tuesday 6.00 pm - Women Only - Mixed Abilities - may suit beginners only if you are used to exercise on a mat.
Wednesday 6.00 pm - Men & Women - Beginners are welcome.
Friday 9.15 - am Men & Women - Over 60s - This class is closed but if you are interested let me know as I might open a new class on Tuesday morning.
Friday 11:00 am - Men & Women - Intermediate level - may suit beginners only if you are used to exercise on a mat - 2 spaces left but only for a regular attendance.
