    Fun pilates classes that will strengthen, tone, mobilise and leave you feeling energised! The exercises can be tailored to all abilities so everyone is welcome, from beginners to more advanced. Pilates is also great for general fitness, improving posture, and for anyone who suffers from back pain or other orthopaedic conditions. Come along and give the classes a try.

    Monday evenings during term time at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
