Not quite an apology on Breakfast
Did anyone see this on this mornings programme? It was around 8.45 I think when Nina Warhurst and Ben Thompson said that in an earlier report Ben Wallace had said a rude word. But instead of the usual stock BBC apology for anyone offended etc, they gave this explaination.
"We have looked at the Ofcom list of words and it comes under "medium language". In some cases it can be a swear word but in other cases it just means nonsense. This was one of those cases. If anyone is offended they can contact the Government."
I didn't see the report by Ben Wallace. Does anyone know what the rude word was?
