'My Local Culture' Film Competition for children and teens
I thought this could be of interest to anyone with children who are showing an interest in film/media field for their career (particularly those in secondary school).
The Mayor is running a competition, inviting all young Londoners to make a short film celebrating why they love where they live. This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to start thinking about culture and why it's important in communities! Primary and secondary school students can enter a film up to 3 minutes long following the theme of 'My Local Culture' with the chance to win filmmaking equipment and professional training.
