https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-dorset-62532328 I think the wretched things should be banned altogether - some fool using one was responsible for 55 acres of Cumbrian fellside being burned a couple of years ago, and a friend who lives near Coniston tells me the lake shore is littered with them in the summer because people don't want to put them back in their cars so they just leave them behind.
