A post came up on my FB feed tonight...
Asking for gardeners and pruners in certain roads in Hillingdon and Harrow.
I thought...wow that's a lot of gardners wanted. Then I read the post. The group had residents pinpointing any ULEZ cameras installed, then a "gardener" who covered that patch "pruned" the wires so they were not working.It had many members joining in and have sworn that whatever the outcome of the review that starts tomorrow, they will continue.
