IMO if they pissed around for 37 years not executing the guy, he certainly should not be executed now at 67 after having contracted serious Dementia and is wheelchair bound.
If American justice cannot carry out the sentence for 37 years then American justice is utter crap and inhuman. A death sentence should be carried out relatively quickly.
37 years is a lifetime. 25 years is a "life" sentence !!!
