Interesting fact
Max Crook was a US musician and composer who co-wrote many of Del Shannon's early hits. He recorded under the name Maximillian using an electronic instrument he had invented called the Musitron - which was first featured on the hit single Runaway. Runaway was issued with a B side Jody but a number of pressings ended up with a track called The Snake by Maximillian. These copies are not exactly uncommon but do fetch a much better price on Ebay etc.
