    I requested a 2nd Generation smart meter (as mentioned on here)

    I have no display for the smart meter they turned on remotely without informing me a couple of years ago. Nor do I have an app.

    'I understand that you'd like a display to track your usage.

    Unfortunately, not all working smart meters of the first generation are currently eligible for exchange.

    However, we could switch your S1 meters to half-hourly readings, so at least you'd be able to see more accurate usage on the app.

    Would that be an option for you?'
