    Free - Portuguese Storytime with Brazilian Author ‘Ana Paula Almeida’

    Join Ana, who will be discussing and reading from her new book – ‘O Primeiro Gol’. It’s about a boy (Pedro) who loves football but feels insecure and believes he isn’t good enough. When he finally decides to join a football team, he needs to find the determination and belief to free himself from fear of failure. ‘O Primeiro Gol’ invites the reader to share Pedro’s journey of courage, dedication and ultimately, success.
    Book reading will be followed by a craft activity.
    Please bring your child's library card or sign up for a library card on the day. Ideally, we hope that you borrow a minimum of 5 books each, although as a member you can borrow up to 20 items for 3 weeks
    Wandsworth Town library also run free regular rhyme time sessions on Tuesdays at 9.45am and 2 pm. Story times for 2 - 5 years every Fridays at 10 am.
