Just been watching Dirty Britain Grime & Punishment. Barking & Dagenham council enforcement agents, tried to fine a man for spitting in Barking town centre, fined a man for putting his rubbish in someone else's bin because his was full up, at least he didn't leave it on the road. They walk round barking town centre waiting to catch someone doing something wrong . If only they would come round to the side streets of Dagenham. In a banjo near me is a fridge or washing machine cant make out what it is, been there 2 weeks on the pavement no one can walk on the pavement. A few months ago the same banjo had a fridge freezer, carpets tall boy and house hold stuff on the pavement for more than 2 months. You'd think when the dustman come round they would report it, but nothing seems to get done. Even got a man who works on cleaning the streets lives down the banjo, dont seem like he has reported it. If he has then they just dont care as nothing done, this is an on going thing here. But dont throw a dog end on the floor eles they will be down on you like a tone of bricks
