Address given was Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Attention: Community Operations, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland
So I checked that this was a legit email address, but then found advice that if in doubt, check the security and login on your Settings page - and there I saw 'We haven't sent you any emails about security in the last two weeks'
So, hmm, does that count as an email about security? I'm not sure whether this email is legit or not – I suppose the FB address might have been spoofed . . .
