Currys Care & Repair
My laptop is a year old next month, so the manufacturers warranty runs out. Currys have sent me a letter offering their Care & Repair service.
Cost is £85 for one yearly payment, of 10 instalments at £8 a month.
Unusually the monthly instalments work out cheaper.
Does anyone have experience of Currys Care & Repair? I probably won't sign up for it as usually when a laptop become unusable it is time to upgrade to a new one anyway. From previous experience, laptops and desktop PCs last about 5 years.
