Cooking Programmes
Dont you just love these cooking programmes now. Watched one this morning, said we are now going to make Pikelets. Some milk ??? tsp of sugar, Pk yeast, flour ??? salt to mix. No mention of how much milk or flour. Then went on to say making Custard Tart, for the Pastry Flour ???, Butter???, Icing Sugar ???, I egg, one yolk. For the custard. 8 eggs, Loads of double cream???, some sugar???. How is anyone supposed to get it right, no wonder a lot of young mums dont bother, buy from the shop.
