Contradictory messages
Tory MP Miriam Cates has said the UKs low birthrate is a ticking timebomb because soon there will not be enough working age young adults to do all the jobs.
So we need to bring in more people from abroad.
But at the same time people are saying, "we don't want any more migrants, the country is full".
