Congratulations to an England team
The boys under-21 football team became European champions last night for the first time since 1984. They beat Spain 1-0 in the final. The winning goal coming from a free kick just before half time. There was sporting drama at the end when the VAR awarded Spain a penalty in the final minute of the 6 that were added on by the Referee. Thankfully the England keeper saved the penalty and saved the rebound.
