Body scans offered by private firms
The gym/Spa I am a member of is offering members a body scan for 35.00, followed by advice on a fitness programme. (Open to all, but reduced for members). I am wondering if it is worth it. I use the pool regularly, but would appreciate advice about using the gym( I haven't had the courage to try it yet - I need to know how to stop the machines and get off!!!
