I have voted Green in the past because our environment is so important but due to stupidity and greed nothing has changed, so we have global warming and floods. Obviously where l live there is a strong risk of flooding. However they are hoping to build over 2000 houses on Green Belt near me. It won’t affect us personally so this is not a nimby complaint but I cannot believe that the company will build affordable housing. Other houses built near me are townhouses and all were nearly 1.4 million. They have courtyard gardens and no drainage. Apart from that the only secondary school is oversubscribed and you have to live within walking distance to get in.
