I signed with Virgin for broadband and home phone at the new address but 02 have sent me a sim for my mobile that I told Virgin I did not want.
02 have now sent a bill for £12 and direct debit for every month.
They say they cannot cancel it as it is part of the deal now that Virgin & 02 are combined.
This means it is £12 dearer than I was quoted when I signed with Virgin.
