<br><br>We’ve been with Bulb for a while and they’re great but figured we could save £100+/year with Octopus, so we’re switching. They aren’t the cheapest, but we didn’t want to risk it with any of the newer companies (for which there’s no customer service rating), and their response time on the phone was about 3 minutes today, so not too bad, and really pleasant and helpful service.<br>
<br>We have a 2 bed GF flat and use approx. 5300 kwh electricity and 13300 kwh gas. Going direct, the standard fixed Octopus rate will save us about £100/year (over Bulb rate).
