It has been used again now, just as Putin has yet again made a mockery of Trump's attempts to end the war and earn himself a Nobel rosette.
The Ukraine has used the long-range weapon to attack a legitimate war target, an enemy munitions manufacturing plant.
Now Trump has no excuse to deny the US Tomahawk missiles for Ukraine to really force Russia to the negotiating table.
The problem for Putin is that the end of the war and his failure is unacceptable.
Hopefully the missile attacks will continue,,,and Putin won't.
