    Shouting and swearing. The jurors verdict.

    A senior manager shouts and swears at staff.
    Previous incidents have brought about good people leaving the company.

    Should the Managing Director sack the manager on the spot?

    If not, why not?

    Should both the MD and the senior manager be fired by the shareholders, as unfit to run the organisation?
