Reminder about this Saturday 25th May 2019 Fun Family Music Quiz in Barking
Only a few days left until this Saturday 25th May 2019’s Free, Fun Family Music Quiz at the Boathouse Cafe in Abbey Road (Just behind Nisa Local) It all kicks off at 7.00pm.
Of course, the Boathouse Cafe's owner, Derrick, will also be on hand to whip up some amazing cocktails.
My job as the quizmaster is almost complete until the big night. The music has been sorted. The quiz sheets and the picture board has been printed. I have even been out and bought some small prizes.
We are catering for up to 16 teams and as we expect most teams will get at least half the questions right, it is sure to be a closely fought exciting contest.
There are prizes for first place and a small booby price for the team that comes second to last. You can have up to 6 adults per team. Children are also welcome.
None of the other cafes or bars in Barking has a decent free quiz or music quiz, so please get behind this one. Ring around your friends and family today and get yourself a team together. The music will range from the 60s to the present day, so mixed-age family teams will probably do pretty well.
