Petition for Upper Brighton Rd
I know this will spark a long debate and annoy some people (I am a driver myself), but please consider signing this e-petition to lower the max speed limit from 30mph to 20mph on Upper Brighton Road. When road is clear this adds 84 seconds to a full journey from Surbiton Station and up to the A3 junction. During peak times it doesn't add any time, as average max speed is around 15mph. This will improve road safety, lower air pollution and reduce noise.
