Official beer of England?
I was in the Sutton branch of Morrisons today and they have massive posters on display advertising the women's world cup.
The slogan underneath said "Budweiser the official beer of England".
WTF!
English breweries produce some incredibly good beers so how on earth can a third rate American beverage (I'd hesitate to call it beer - More like near frozen cat's p***) be chosen as the official beer of England.
My respect for the FA has just nosedived.
