    We have created a knife skills class to help you chop, slice and dice with expert tuition from our chefs. This two hour class will introduce you to knife techniques for vegetables including, Juliene, Chiffonade, Macedoine etc. In some classes you will learn to fillet a fish and cut meats (please send an email if you need more information).
