Kingston Regatta is one of the largest and oldest sporting events in the Royal Borough of Kingston, and the highlight of the summer sporting calendar, social season and a wonderful community event. The event comprises two days of fun, competitive racing between rowing clubs, universities including Oxford and Cambridge and schools from a wide area across London and the South East.

The Regatta attracts more than 2200 athletes (of which 1500 are juniors under 18) and 720 crews who compete in over 320 races across the two days. Club racing for adults aged 16 to 75 takes place on the Saturday whilst on Sunday the juniors aged 12-15 compete.

The Kingston Regatta 2019 will be held on Saturday 13 July and Sunday 14 July 2018. The 1000m course runs between Raven's Ait and finishes opposite the Gazebo by Kingston Bridge. Racing starts at 08:30 and finishes by 18:30. The best viewing points are within the Regatta enclosure, where you can hear the commentary and programmes are available to buy.

Entry to the Regatta’s public enclosure is £2 per person which can be paid on the day and there are a number of bars and food stalls available all day.
