Now in its 12th year, Japan Matsuri has grown into the largest FREE event in the UK celebrating all aspects of Japanese culture. Organised with the hard work and determination of a huge number of people from the Japanese community in the UK, the event serves as a focal point for people living in the UK to enjoy Japanese culture alongside Japanese people.
This spirit of shared enjoyment is being taken online with a FREE event called Japan Matsuri Presents which features performance, martial arts, food, kamishibai theatre, dance and more! Tune in throughout the day to get a taste of the full spectrum of Japanese culture from the comfort of your own home. Streaming between 10:00-20:00 on Saturday 26th and 09:00 -20:00 on Sunday 27th September.
