Is anyone here suffering from long Covid?
Someone posted a link on my neighbourhood association's Facebook page to a very useful tool which should help sufferers to get better medical help and social support; see https://mylongcovid.org.uk/my-long-covid-needs .
Developed by the British Lung Foundation but general in its scope, it enables people to rate their post-Covid symptoms by relative severity, add anything else that may be affecting their overall health and generate a report that can be downloaded as a PDF and/or e-mailed to them. It saves an immense amount of time reporting to one's GP or trying to explain to disbelieving family, friends etc why one isn't feeling at all well yet.
There are also useful links to a number of other sources of support.
