Interesting twist regarding no-deal/WD Agreement
This ia a rather dry read but the simplified essence is:
BJ could ask ERG & rest of Tories to to approve May's Deal in parliament ( with help of some from Labour ), then suspend parliament again and exit with no-deal ( without ratifying the deal or actually signing the agreement with the EU ), as the Benn Act only stops him from no-deal if parliament has not "agreed" to any deal.
