    Energy bills - again

    I sent in meter readings as usual over a week ago but still haven't had an energy bill.
    Perhaps the prospect of this meeting and what was agreed about showing how direct debits are calculated etc has made my provider (Shell Energy) focus harder on revising how they work out the incomprehensible bills that they've been sending me this year.
