    Storyteller Ruth Steinberg weaves words and stories together to create a translucent textile through which we can glimpse extraordinary things. She weaves together humourous stories of the wise fools from Chelm with jokes, with myth, and with the closely observed details of her post-war childhood in the North East and her marriage to Len, a man born in Poland in 1937 – “an interesting place and time for a little Jewish boy to be born.” As she weaves, Ruth shows us the world we think we know from completely new angles. See the world differently. Join the weave. Entry by donation (suggested £10 per person).
