    If you feel more alert during certain parts of the day and have lower energy at others, this pattern can relate to your genetic “chronotype,” or personal circadian rhythm.

    I just found this free online test from that tells you what chronotype you are and related advice on how to improve your sleep. Found it quite interesting and confirmed what I expected—that I'm generally an early bird!
